Mommy had the day off today because of Janie’s 18-month doctor’s appointment. Janie helped out with some of the chores. While Mommy was washing dishes, she spilled some water on the floor and Janie found a towel and wiped it up all on her own. No one told her to do it. Apparently, she sees Mommy do it enough to remember what to do. Janie also helped load the washing machine. She was so excited and loaded almost half of the clothes on the floor.
Afterward, she used the laundry basket as a collection bin. She rummaged through the container drawer and made a stash for herself. Not sure this is considered helping.
When all the chores were done, she took a sammich break in her little squat position. So funny.
