Today is Earth Day and the Janie’s class prepared a performance for all the families. Dada was able to make it and Janie was so excited to see him.
They all made eagle costumes in class these past couple weeks and the paper bag handles underneath served as handles for holding the wings open. Pretty clever. Our goofball is right up front showing off her wings. Unfortunately, the performance was not very good but at least Janie had a good time.

We later took a photo and short clip of her soaring like an eagle. When Mama said “flap your wings”, Janie said “no, eagles don’t flap, they SOAR!”
