It’s a rainy day so Janie and Asher went to the library instead of the playground this afternoon. Poor Karla was home sick with her grandma today.

playdough
I’m glad the museum has playdough so that we don’t have to worry about keeping it off our rug at home. Asher was showing Janie how to cut the dough today.
Exploratorium
Janie went to the Exploratorium today.
Looks like there was a bunch of stuff to play with.
All her friends joined in on the fun.
I don’t know who that kid in the orange is but Karla and Asher seemed to enjoy the magnets too.

Carousel & Museum
I was looking through my camera and found these photos. It looks like Mirian took Janie to the Creativity Museum today. Before going inside, they rode the carousel. Here is Janie at the entrance. She looks like such a little punk in the photo above…just like her dad.
She’s such a big girl now.
Now it’s time for the museum!
I found this decorated toilet paper roll on the dining table today.
Looks like she worked pretty hard on it. Heh heh.
I guess this is the city that everyone has been working on these past two weeks. It’s pretty impressive.

Joy Ride
Janie went to the carousel again today and Mirian said she wasn’t scared this time.
Looks like her pal Asher was there too. Not sure Daddy would approve of this tandem horsie ride…
Here’s a video of her on the ride. Seems like she had a pretty good time with all that squealing going on! Caution: There’s a lot of motion and there’s a chance you’ll get a little dizzy watching this.
