Before we all went our separate ways, we got the whole gang together for some photos. Here are the two babies, Peanut and Maya, who are 4 months apart.
Here are the babies with their older sisters who are also the same age!
Surprisingly, Peanut was especially smiley this morning during the photoshoot.
Peanut took a photo with his big buddy, Oliver, who is almost 10 months old.
Janie did a good job supporting her little brother on the couch.
We also managed to get a photo of all five kids together.
Here is our Party of 11 from the weekend. What a fun trip!!
The SF Marathon ran past our house today and we went over to Pier 28 to watch Uncle Jimmy finish.
Janie was super speedy on her tricycle this morning and did a good job staying out of trouble on the crowded sidewalk.
We watched the runners on the concrete block near the bridge and brought the cow bell too.
We met up with Zoe and Auntie Eleen and the girls took some time to warm up again.
There’s Uncle Jimmy!
We also finished the morning with lunch at Hi-Dive before the Agustins headed home.
Janie went to Alameda with Mommy today and had a really fun time.
First stop was brunch at East Ocean for dim sum. She had plenty of jook that morning and Auntie Mai just kept it coming!
She remembered Auntie Mai from Friday night and they had a fun time together.
Silly Auntie!
Here’s Janie and Vivian together in the stroller. I love how Vivian is now wearing Janie’s old outfits.
Next stop was Modern Mouse where she met up with her pal Zoe! They gave each other High Footsie Fives today.
She also tried to give Vivian one too but they were too far from each other.
The South Shore Shopping Center was a perfect place to run free and explore.
Please excuse the extra soggy diaper. Mommy had forgotten to pack a diaper that day. Luckily Vivian wears the same size and they hooked us up with one. Thanks Vivian and Auntie Stephanie!!
We met up at the frog fountain and found Mr. Ducky sleeping on the water.
Zoe came by to play and shared her basketball with Janie.
Janie also gave Auntie Eleen a big hug when it was time to say goodbye.
Auntie Mai plucked a couple flower and put them in Janie’s pigtails. So pretty!
After a little ice cream with Auntie Mai and Auntie Stephanie, we went grocery shopping at Trader Joe’s and Janie passed out right away. What a fun-filled day!!
We had lunch at Hang Ten in Alameda today and the girls had a fun time trying all the food we ordered.
Janie tried Spam musubi today and kept pulling on Daddy’s arm for more.
And of course, she loved the garlic noodles. She definitely had her fair share today!
As if two parties wasn’t enough, Janie had one more birthday party today with her Bay Area friends and family. So many of her little friends came to celebrate!
Second cousins Theo and Sadie came up all the way from San Jose.
She had her afternoon snack with buddy Keenan and shared her sweet potato with him.
The cheeksters shared some puffs before going back to playing.
Jack helped Janie blow out her birthday candle.
Janie thoroughly enjoyed her cupcake!
OH BOY!
What a fun mess she made!!
She had fun with all her uncles and aunties. Uncle Ryan is funny.
Aw…so sweet. She gave a sideways huggy hug to Auntie Stephanie.
Buddy Rowan made an appearance and seemed to enjoy the cake too.
Zoe brought her folks, Uncle Jimmy and Auntie Eleen, to the party.
Uncle Jason and Auntie Jia also stopped by at the end of the party.
Look at all the presents she received today. What a lucky girl.
Thanks to everyone for celebrating with us!
We went to visit Auntie Eleen and Zoe tonight. Janie liked Auntie Eleen’s long hair.
Zoe was super comfy in Daddy’s arms and Janie was ok with sharing him for a while.
Once Zoe woke from her nap, Janie showed off some of her new tricks and was extra chatty with her. Zoe watched Janie and tracked her from side to side.
These two are going to have a good time together one day.
Janie met her newest friend, Zoe, this afternoon. It almost looks like Zoe is waving “hello” to her.
Auntie Eleen and Uncle Jimmy brought home their baby girl this weekend and at just 5 days old, Zoe was so tiny next to our sturdy almost-5-month-old.
Here are a couple photos of Janie when she was only 9 days old with her Auntie and Uncle.
It’s crazy how time can just pass us by so quickly.
