As I was cooking this evening, I plopped Janie down in front of the TV to watch her favorite Baby Einstein video.  It’s the only thing that keeps her attention long enough to keep her out of the kitchen.

When I looked up, I found her cradling her pink elephant and giving it snuggles.  I had to stop everything just so I could snap a couple photos…of course.

I also heard her trying to sing along to the Old MacDonald song today.  I heard “E I” each time the E-I-E-I-O part would come on.  It might be wishful thinking on my part but that’s what I heard over and over again this afternoon.
